The estimated delivery timeline is an average projection, and actual fulfillment may differ slightly depending on the specific item ordered. We encourage you to place your order with confidence, as we are committed to timely dispatch.
Please be aware that the estimated arrival date does not account for potential delays due to the following:
Severe weather conditions
Shipping carrier or vendor service disruptions
APO/FPO orders routed through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)
✘ Incorrect Shipping Address
If the address provided is deemed incomplete or inaccurate by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us, which may result in significant delivery delays. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and correct at the time of order.
✘ Lost or Missing Shipments
If tracking information indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please notify Dorawear as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the expected delivery date. Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement shipment or provide a refund, depending on product availability.
